Applications:
Scraper chip conveyor KF: Continuous removal of short and broken chip as produced when using machine tools. Suitable for use in both dry and wetting machining.
Chip conveyor with slat band SF:
Continuous removal of mixed chip as produced when using machine tools. Suitable for use in both dry and wet machining.
Function:
Scraper chip conveyor KF:
The chip discharging from the machine tool falls via the „feed area" of the scraper chip conveyor on to the bottom of the chip trough, where the chip is picked up by scraper plates connected to endless chains on both sides and transported to the discharge edge.
Chip conveyor with slat band SF:
The chip discharging from the machine tool falls via the „feed area" of the chip conveyor with slat band on to the upper part of the slat band and is transported to the discharge edge.

Applications:
Fully automatic filters are designed for the automatic cleaning of coolants in honing machines, grinding machines, metalworking lathes, milling machines, machining centers, hardening plants and washing plants, etc.
Function:
In addition to the function described for the product „FA" and „MFW", the coolant is cooled with this system by the filtration process by means of the unit installed in the system. The refrigerant evaporator, which is immersed in the coolant tank, is circulated by the cleaned coolant and cooled temperature-controlled. By means of a mounted coolant machine pump, the treated coolant is made available to the consumer.

Function:
Heat exchangers transfer heat (a temperature differential?) from one media to another. The media could be either liquid or gaseous. The appropriate heat exchanger is designed per the unique customer requirements in copper, carbon steel, or stainless steel. Wherever possible preference is given to fin-style (lamella) or plate-style designs.
